Detective Pikachu Returns Sequel

The incident-solving duo Pikachu and Tim is bound for new adventures in this sequel. Like in the previous game, Tim has the ability to understand Pikachu despite being a human. This makes them a great team with Tim conversing with humans and Pikachu gathering information from other Pokémon.

You can help the duo solve each case by deducing the incident through the case notebook and investigate the scene. There are also situations when other Pokémon will help you in solving investigations like Growlithe and Darmanitan.

The new Detective Pikachu Returns continues the story of finding Pikachu's missing partner and Tim's dad, Harry.

Other Pokémon Updates

Before Detective Pikachu Returns make a comeback on Switch, you can also try the upcoming major paid extension of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, that is set to arrive on September 13. In addition, Mew and Mewtwo will also arrive to the game as part of the event.

Currently, there are various Pokémon games to choose from the Switch Online library. Pokémon Trading Card Game is available upon base membership while Pokémon Stadium 2 is available for Online + Expansion Pack membership.
