Limited Run Games Add Two More Classic Jurassic Park Games in Collection

Limited Run Games revealed two more classic Jurassic Park games that will join the Jurassic Park: Classic Games Collection in celebration of the franchise's 30th anniversary.

Jurassic Park Celebrates 30 Years 

The popular Sega classics Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition are officially joining the lineup for the Jurassic Park: Classic Games Collection. Limited Run Games are not just simply bringing these games back, but will also provide an improved version of the games from graphics to new maps. 

Last July, the company announced that they will be re-releasing a collection of classic Jurassic Park games in honor of its 30th anniversary. The Jurassic Park (NES, Game Boy, and SNES) and the Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues (Game Boy and SNES) were the first game titles to join the collection. 

According to Game Rant's report, the collection will be remastered using Limited Run Games' Carbon Engine. This means that the games will have save states and new in-game maps as part of the new features. 

Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection Release 

The Jurassic Park: Classic Games Collection are now available for orders on the Limited Run Games' website. Aside from games, other merchandises are also for sale such as hoodies, caps, t-shirts, skate decks, pin set, and trading card set. 

Fans can pre-order the physical game editions until October 15. The games' cost varies from $39.99 for the Standard Edition up to $149.99 for the Prehistoric Edition. The digital version of the collection will be also be sold starting October 22. 

The Jurassic Park: Classic Games Collection is available for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
