Splatoon 3 Big Run Salmon Run Event Prizes

During the Big Run event, players were asked to gather as many golden eggs as they could get and once they reach a certain threshold an award will be given for their locker based on their gameplay.

The green award is for participation, and the bronze, silver, and gold are for high achievers. Since there is a preset number, players can target it based on their liking. For instance, 85 golden eggs and above are for bronze, 110 above are for silver, and 135 or more are for gold.

Despite that, some players have been confused about the rewards that they received. Players who were expecting to receive a silver or gold trophy got bronze, while others got nothing at all.

Splatoon 3 Big Run Rewards Report Bugs

Nintendo has yet to release an official explanation for the issue. However, some data miners are linking the error to a bug that was discovered.

The data miners are hinting that maybe the old system is currently in effect. Previous Big Run events used to give awards based on the average of every participating player, hence, some players might be getting trophies upon the old criteria.

Meanwhile, fans should wait for Nintendo's move as the game company usually resolves problems quickly. There is a chance that the awards will be fixed through a new patch. For now, players would have to stand by and receive what they can get.
