Netflix Offers Immersive CES Booth to Promote '3 Body Problem'

Netflix will be setting up an immersive booth to promote "3 Body Problem" on the main show floor of the Consumer Electronic Show (CES), for the first time.

Netflix Capitalizes on CES 2024

Next month, Netflix promises an immersive experience for the "3 Body Problem," a much-awaited sci-fi drama series by David Benioff, D.B. Weiss, and Alexander Woo. The event will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center's Central Hall, Booth 17048.

The streaming giant describes the booth as "an otherworldly headset that will transport CES attendees into the mysterious world of '3 Body Problem' in a fun and experiential way, showcasing the series' genre-bending high stakes." Moreover, fans can expect that the booth will be exposed to a vital narrative element in the series. 

Attendees will be using a gaming headset that will allow them to watch the series trailer for the first time. The headset will also allow the attendees to be transported to the real-world extension of the series with some clues essential to the "3 Body Problem." 

'3 Body Problem' 

Last month, Netflix officially finalized the release date for the "3 Body Problem" after a series of delays. The first eight episodes of the series will be released on March 21, 2024, and will feature John Bradley, Jess Hong, and Sea Shimooka. 

As for the CES, the series will have a press preview of the trailer on January 9 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the booth. The series creators will also panel at the booth for interviews. The long-awaited series is based on Liu Cixin's book with the same title. 

Fans will dive deep into a world of investigative mysteries and discoveries. The "3 Body Problem" is set on various timelines but will begin in 1060s China and will jump through time and space in the span of eight episodes.
