'Rebel Moon' on Netflix

The part one of the film received a fair satisfaction rate from Rotten Tomatoes with a 72% audience score. The two-hour and 15-minute film only covers the first part of the journey as writers Shay Hatten and Kurt Johnstad confirmed that there is still plenty to uncover for part two.

The "Rebel Moon - Part Two: The Scargiver" is slated to be released on Netflix on April 19, 2024. Moreover, Snyder also announced that there will be an extended R-rated cut of the first film.

On the other hand, Snyder has already planned what's ahead of the "Rebel Moon" franchise as it is bound to expand outside film. A video game by Super Evil Megacorp and a prequel comic are slated for next year as well.
