Discover GPTs With OpenAI's GPT Store

Following the successful launch of ChatGPT, the company opened the GPT Store to feature the diverse range of GPTs developed by the community. Subscribers of the GPT plans will be able to browse popular and trending GPTs on the community leaderboard.

"The GPT Store will be available soon for ChatGPT Enterprise customers and will include enhanced admin controls like choosing how internal-only GPTs are shared and which external GPTs may be used inside your business," the company announced.

The store was supposed to launch by the end of 2023, however, an internal memo explained that it would be delayed due to the company's work to make improvements. Moreover, the company also had a hectic month following the ousting and reinstatement of company CEO, Sam Altman.

OpenAI Plans GPT Builder Revenue Program

According to OpenAI, the store will feature different GPTs every week. Some of the first featured GPTs will include the CK-12 Flexi AI tutor for math and science, Khan Academy's Code Tutor, Consensus' search and synthesizer for academic papers, and more.

Aside from being featured, the company is also looking for ways to help U.S. GPT builders earn revenue based on user engagement. The details and criteria for payments will be released once the company finalized them.

Builders can include their GPTs by saving it for "Everyone." Moreover, the builder's profile must be verified and compliant with the GPT brand guidelines.
