Skybound Games Releases Fortnite Island Code for ‘Invincible’ Experience

Skybound Games created an Island Code that allows players to get an "Invincible"-themed game mode in Fortnite.

The Rise of Sequids can now be experienced in Fortnite in a 10v10 gameplay which features a new Mars-themed map.

Fortnite, 'Invincible' Collabs for Joint Gaming Experience

This is not the first time that Fortnite and "Invincible" have collaborated. Previously, the partnership introduced new skins for Fortnite players based on characters from the franchise.

Skybound Games revealed the Island Code 6860-5764-7093 which gives access to players to access "Invincible"-inspired gameplay. The limited and unique experience is called the Rise of the Sequids and is now available in Fortnite.

Players can enjoy the 20-person game mode which is inspired by infection-style PVP mode from the series. The game will divide the players into two teams and will fight for supremacy on the new Mars-themed map. One team will be assigned as fighters for humanity, while the opposition will take the role of parasitic Aliens called Sequids.

Fortnite, 'Invincible' History

Fortnite has been very open with various collaborations from different media forms. Previously, the first crossover between the two franchises was introduced to promote the second season of "Invincible."

The crossover also brought exclusive and limited-time edition skins of Atom Eve, Omni-Man, and Invincible. Skybound Games also released a six-person Fortnite raid called Invincible: Doc Seismic Attacks.

The "Invincible" series is also set to return for season 3. The voice acting for the upcoming season has recently concluded but no release date has been announced for now.

Aside from "Invincible," Fortnite also collaborated with "Avatar: The Last Airbender" for an exclusive event that brought the bending techniques to the game. Players can also earn rewards through the Elements Pass and unlock special skins and cosmetics.
