Why Is Samsung Galaxy C5 Similar To iPhone 6? Metal Unibody Detected On Both Devices; Are There More?

Images leaked regarding the forthcoming device of Samsung, the Samsung C5, implied of certain similarity with Apple's banner product, the iPhone 6. Along that line, hearsays have also revealed the comparable integration of the metal unibody on both devices and the wonder if there are more specs and features that both devices have in common.

As the South Korean technology giant Samsung prepares to release its flagship product, the Galaxy C5, in China, rumors and speculations have risen because the Samsung C series segment bears a striking resemblance to Apple's product, the iPhone 6. On a keynote, the device is less expensive in comparison to Apple's smartphones.

Copying Apple's high-ticketed devices but selling them at a lower price, Samsung C series of smartphones could help the company regain market share in the highly competitive China, and not only that because the Samsung's Galaxy C5 features metal unibody design and will be available in four color variants: gold, silver, pink and gray, reports The Business Recorder.

More specs and features regarding the product revealed that the Galaxy C5 features a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 1,080 x 1,920 pixel resolution and is powered by an Octacore Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor combined with 4GB of RAM, as reported by the same post.

Other specs indicated that the device has also improved its storage options especially the internal features. Rumor has it that the device would offer 32GB and 64GB storage options along with microSD cards that can support up to 128GB in size. On a different note, a former report by iTech Post has revealed that Apple has planned on releasing the iPhone segment with new upgrades and modifications.

It is undeniable that Samsung wants to regain its dominance not only in the Asian markets but to strengthen its business presence in China as well. It remains unsettled on how the Samsung Galaxy C5 would fare in the Chinese market despite having the similar features of Apple's segment, the iPhone series.
