It is no late night news that Ubisoft is poised to unleash "Tom Clancy's The Division" update 1.3. But what remains a mystery, is the kind of contents or features it offers. Well, here is every whatnot it will have!

According to Movie News Guide, the upcoming "Tom Clancy's The Division" update is designed to pave the way for "Underground." It should be noted that the latter will be the game's first ever paid DLC. As for this writing, the update's patch notes have yet to be confirmed.

Nonetheless, the soon-to-be-released "Tom Clancy's The Division" update will bring improvements to the game's existing weapons. However, the changes to be introduced will only affect the weaponries that will be launched soon after the update arrives.

So for "Tom Clancy's The Division" fans, it might be best to keep those crafting materials available until the update happens. After all, information about it will be officially announced during the State of the Game.

As for the upcoming paid "Tom Clancy's The Division" DLC, International Business Times reports that it will introduce three brand new weapon talents. They are believed to be: (1.) Focused, which is when skills are on CD (cooldown), the weapon's damage shall increase at 12.50 percent; (2.) Decisive, which means killing a target shall make the next possible shot to have an automatic critical hit; and lastly, (3.) Distracted shall mean increase in damage by 100 percent in terms of blind and/or deaf targets.

Moreover, the "Tom Clancy's The Division" DLC "Underground" is slated to arrive in Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. However, as for the latter, owners will be getting the update in August 2. As for the two consoles, the downloadable content will arrive this month on June 28.
