'Outlander' Season 3 News & Updates: Lord John Grey To Appear; Jamie And Claire To Remain Parted

"Outlander" season three is set to premiere very soon and spoilers of the storyline have already come about. There is a lot to the storyline that avid fans of the show will definitely be anxious about.

There have been reports saying that the third season of "Outlander" will highly follow the turn of events from the book upon which it is based from, written by Diana Gabaldon. There are now highly expected characters from the book that will be in the light once season three of the show will premiere.

According to Cinema Blend, Lord John Grey is likely to appear on the show. In the past season, Lord John Grey's character already made an appearance, however he was presented then as a young man. An adult version of him is bound to be appearing on the third season of "Outlander."

The character of John Grey is one of the popular characters on the book where "Outlander" was based upon. His upcoming appearance and storyline on the series will be highly accepted by the fans. There also many other characters to be added to the series, since it will mostly be following the storyline of the book itself.

With regards to Jamie and Claire's relationship on the show, it has been told that they will be seeing each other again, although not in the near future. As reported by Christian Times, the executive producer of "Outlander" said that bringing them together immediately is not a right fit to the storyline. The couple should feel and experience the consequences of their separation, and the only way to enunciate that is to extend their time of being apart.

Jamie and Claire's time apart will allow them to grow individually and learn more about themselves as well. Season three of "Outlander" will reportedly showcase the character of Jamie without Claire in his life.
