Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart reportedly ended their five-year relationship. The couple first broke up back in 2014 but decided to give their relationship another try. Sources are now saying that the relationship has run its course and that it is over for good.

A source told People that the couple "have not been together for a few weeks." The source added, "It wasn't anything dramatic and they were on good terms - it just came to a natural end. They will remain friends and they see each other, but they are not together. It was very amiable."

But is it really over? According to TMZ, it is not and that it was JLo who ended the relationship. The sources who are close to Smart are saying that the couple didn't break up.

The couple seems to be fine a couple of weeks ago. Casper Smart was even seen last August 13, alongside Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Marc Anthony and his girlfriend Shannon de Lima watching JLo's hit Vegas show. And another reason why some are finding it hard to believe that the relationship is over for good is because Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart were also seen cozying up at the celebration of JLo's birthday last July 24 in Las Vegas.

The rumor of the couple's relationship started back in 2011, but it was described as nothing more but a fling. In 2012, the couple finally admitted their relationship to the public. It was an on-again and off-again relationship, but the couple tried their best to keep the relationship private. Smart said in an interview that they are just a normal couple and that they try not to get caught up with the "Hollywood life."

Reps for both Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are both unreachable at the moment and no official statement has been released from both parties.
