Britney Spears' New Album Glory: Why Critics Says It Is Her Best Work Yet

After almost three years, she's back! Britney Spears' new album "Glory" was just released and critics are saying that this album is actually one of the best that she has done. After her 2013 Britney Jean album, the singer is out to get her redemption.

EW reported that for this album, Spears worked with the best of the best in the music industry such as producers Mattman and Robin (also the producer for Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas) and Nick Monson, known for working alongside Lady Gaga's album ARTPOP. She also worked alongside MIschke, a known vocal producer who has worked with Michael Jackson, Gwen Stefani and the Spice Girls. They all seem to agree on giving Spears the chance to express herself in this album - both vocally and creatively.

Spears' new album "Glory" deluxe edition contains 17 songs while the standard edition contains 12 songs. It is recommended to get the deluxe edition of course. The album contains very varied tracks from the chill sound of "Invitation" to the sexy tune to "Make Me" - it's the complete party album. Britney Spears' new album Glory also offers a certain flair and twist with songs like No Seas Cortes (Change Your Mind) and Coupure électrique. Who knew Britney speaks French!

It seems that Britney is going for the trifecta with "Glory." It seems she wants the success of her two previous albums - In the Zone and Blackout. ET Online reported that according to Karen Kwak, Britney's right hand A&R woman, Spears was very hands-on in the development of the "Glory" album. She also added that Britney "came up with concepts and melodies" herself and went on to pursue the songs that she wanted. Listening to the album, it indeed shows that it has her personal touch. Critics agreed that the album is less robotic and it shows the human side of Britney Spears - flaws and all.
