Pokemon Go Update: A Possible Mass Update Will Happen This Coming September 5 Patch

Since Pokemon Go's release in July, its developers had already been releasing updates for the game in order to address problems in login and crashing. The August 8 update of "Pokemon Go" included the Sightings feature, a solution to the battery saver mode problem, and a support feature for changing nickname. Its August 23 update also released the Pokemon Appraisal Feature.

Some of the features that Pokemon Go fans can expect on its September 5 update may include: refreshed Pokemon Tracker, Trading Pokemon, Special Incense, Legendary Pokemon, Buddy Pokemon, and VR Support.

According to Yibada, the Refreshed Pokemon Tracker is a new Nearby Tracker. This feature was first tested to a few players together with Niantic's release of Sightings. This is expected to come with the update. It was said also that an improved pokemon tracker has already been released and has already gone testing through some Pokemon Go players. The Trading Pokemon update may allow other players to look for ready-to-trade Pokemon by other users.

According to Gamenguide, Special Incense is a device that Pokemon Go players can utilize in order to draw a certain type of Pokemon into an ideal location. This may also attract wild types of Pokemons. The Legendary Pokemon update may welcome the coming of legendary and rare Pokemon to the scene. The Buddy Pokemon update will enable the players to have a Pokemon as a buddy. The Pokemon will help the Pokemon trainer to collect evolving candy, as well as help the trainers in other tasks. The VR Support update gives the players a chance to play Pokemon in a more realistic environment through the VR.

However, there are speculations that the abovementioned updates may not yet be available in the September update of Pokemon Go. Niantic has always been preparing for new updates of the Pokemon Go, so that the game's ratings will be sustained.
