Pokemon Go Gen 2 News And Update: Reveals Egg Chart, New Features, Release Date And More

Pokemon Go has been making mobile owners hooked up since it was released a few months ago. The augmented reality game from Niantic Labs has successfully penetrated to the gaming world. Currently, Pokemon Go is on its version 0.35.0 for Android users and 1.5.0 for iOS. The game updates are scheduled by Niantic for once in every two weeks. Based on the reports, countless of rumors are now surfacing on the internet as the next update nears.

It was reported that the next update may come with several feature additions. These reported features includes Trading, Buddy Pokemon, New Incense Types, Legendary Pokemons and maybe the next generation of Pokemon will be released. According to Ranked Boost, Niantic Labs is now eyeing on a possible Pokemon Go Gen 2 release. With this new set of Pokemon and series of new additional in-game features, Niantic may able to entice people who had previously given up to the game.

Pokemon Go Gen 2 will highlight 100 new Pokemon species and 86 new set of moves. It is also reported that a new mechanic is set to be introduced in this new update. It is called as Baby Pokemon which are hatched from the egg through Pokemon Breeding. This new set of Pokemon will continue the legacy of evolution on some of the first generation of Pokemon such as Zubat, Onix, Slowpoke, Chansey, Horsea, Eevee and More.

To support the idea, Pokemon Go Hub also posted a brand new egg chart showcasing the second generation of Pokemon. The egg chart shows a complete list of Pokemon that will possibly come out of hatching. Based on the post, the generated chart is based on the pattern of the first generation egg chart. So, it is highly expected that Niantic would apply this similar pattern on their second generation of eggs.

Currently, there is now an official date as to when the Pokemon Go Gen 2 update will be released. However, for those previously reported new features, there is a big chance for them to be added in the next September 5 patch. Stay tuned for more Pokemon Go news and update.
