There have been new updates in the upcoming "The Vampire Diaries" season eight which will serve as the series finale. Stefan will be in a quest to save his brother Damon and their friend Enzo, with the help of Bonnie.

Stefan And Bonnie In A Quest To Save Damon And Enzo From Their Killing Spree

In previous promos released by the network, Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) is seen in what appears to be a killing spree with his friend, Enzo (Michael Malarkey). Damon is back in his old ways in targeting his potential victims, way back when he did during the series premiere. However, this time, he has a buddy alongside of him and by the looks of it; his evil ways are not of his choice.

When Damon and Enzo were trapped in the vault, they were deceived by a familiar voice who then turns out to be the new main villain for the season, Sybil. During the upcoming "The Vampire Diaries" season eight, the true identity of Sybil shall then be revealed, so is her real intention in being in Mystic Falls.

Bonnie To Not Have Her Powers In The Beginning Of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8

Thus, Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) is determined to save his brother again from his evil ways, with Bonnie (Kat Graham) to help him. The quest may not be easy for them since they don't know what they are up against and Bonnie will reportedly not have her powers during the beginning of "The Vampire Diaries" season eight.

Will Seline Be The New Love Interest Of Alaric In The Upcoming Season?

There is also the question about the new character to be introduced in the series finale, Seline (Kristen Gutoskie) who will be playing the role of Alaric's twins' nanny. She may be the potential new love interest of Alaric in the new season but the promo has depicted that someone will try to kill her. However, it is not known at what part of the season it will happen, and if it is going to be a painful death for character and everyone involved.
