'Deadpool 2' News And Update: Sequel To Feature Wolverine And Cyclops' Son? Kyle Chandler To Play Cable?

In the rolling credits of the movie, "Deadpool", Ryan Reynolds hints Cable's participation in the sequel of the movie. Cable is the son of Cyclops and Madelyne Pyror, Jean Grey's clone. There has been no confirmation yet who will play as Cable but rumor has it that Kyle Chandler is the man to do it. It is also possible that Wolverine can be seen in the movie since Wolverine 3 is in the making and both lead star could show up in each other's movie.

From the genes of Cable's parents, he has the power to do telekinesis travel time, superhuman strength, and advanced computer hacking skills. However, his powers can only be used with limit due to his "Techno-organic skin'.

As for Wolverine's appearance in the movie, it is reported that the 3rd installment of Wolverine movie is situated 50 years in the future wherein Cable is set to travel back and forth in time. This means that in between Cable's time traveling, there is a big possibility that he cross paths with Wolverine. This is not the first time a Marvel movie features a star from its other superhero movie. It can be remembered that "Ant Man" from his movie also came out in "Captain America: Civil War" to help in a mission.

"Deadpool" is based on Marvel Comics character with the same name and is played by Ryan Reynolds. It is the 8th installment in the X-Men film series. The story revolves around the life of antihero Wade Wilson who hunts the person who destroyed his entire body and life. The movie was first developed in 2004 but it was only in 2016 that the movie was completed and reached the big screen. The film was a big blockbuster, reaching more than $782 million in the international market and breaking many box office records.
