"Gilmore Girls" Celebrates Its 16th Anniversary Of Their Series Premiere

This upcoming November 25, Netflix will release the "Gilmore Girls" revival to be entitled "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" in a four-part series. Each episode will be more than an hour long, quite similar to the length of a standard movie. The four parts will reveal the lives of the characters in the series in the four seasons of the year: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

Even though the series will be featured covering four different seasons, reports have claimed that Netflix will reveal all the four episodes altogether. However, since the release date is still about two months away, Netflix recently released a special feature honouring the show's 16th anniversary.

The show initially aired back in October 5, 2000 and the fans of the show have never stopped talking about it ever since. Now, the cast of the famous "Gilmore Girls" give the fans a little sneak peek on the revival and share their most favourite moments on the show.

Casts Of "Gilmore Girls" Share Their Fondest Memories On The Set Of The Series

Scott Patterson, who plays Luke on the series, Lorelai's romantic interest, shared that his fondest memory of the show was the first day. It was when he felt that the show will be a good thing, and indeed, it has become a success and changed the lives of many.

Lauren Graham, portraying Lorelai, shared that just playing the character was her favourite part of the entire thing. She was one of the most beloved characters in the series, portraying the role of a single mother and a bestfriend to her daughter, Rory.

Alexis Bledel, playing Rory Gilmore, admitted that after the series ended in season seven, she never imagined that they would have a chance to get back on the set and replace the ending that the fans got to a better and a more-deserved one.

Milo Ventimiglia, playing Jess who is one of Rory's love interests revealed that he was excited to be around the fondest memories on set and it was a really fun thing to get back to.

The "Gilmore Girls" revival is now a little more than a month away from finally happening, and the fans of the series will finally have the ending that they have always wanted.
