Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 developer Bandai Namco has recently released a new gameplay and several new characters. The upcoming game is due for release this month.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 developer Bandai Namco recently unveiled a new gameplay for its upcoming game. The Depths of Despair is an Expert Mission gameplay. This is a team mission that can have a maximum of six players.

Meet The Depths of Despair Big Boss

The Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 team will battle the Depths of Despair Big Boss - Vegeta as a great and giant Ape. He is capable of unleashing insanely powerful combos and at the same time could hurl huge amount of real estate at his opponents.

If that is not enough, the Vegeta ape can burn DB Xenoverse 2 players with his Laser Mouth. He can also brainwash anyone in the team. Any team mate unfortunate enough to be brainwashed will instantly be your enemy while under Vegeta's control. If the player gets controlled, he will be confronted with a mirror image of himself in the "depths of his mind", hence the mission's title. Shown below is the video gameplay demo.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 - Adding More Characters

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 characters now stand at 75 compared to 68 last September as of press time. There are reports however that the final count can reached up to 87 although Bandai Namco has yet to confirm this. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Release Date

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is set for launch on October 25 in the United States and October 28 in Europe. The upcoming game will be available on PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC through the Steam Store.
