As it can be recalled, a few months ago, actor Dylan O'Brien got into an accident while he was filming for "Maze Runner 3," causing him to be in need of full recovery before he can get back on set. As the actor has also other commitments, his other project was also affected by his absence. Aside from the movie's filming being pushed back, the production of "Teen Wolf" season six also got delayed since he was unavailable to work.
It was also rumoured that the announcement of "Teen Wolf" season six to be the series finale was allegedly caused by Dylan's unavailability to work. He hasn't been talked to by the media ever since he started recovery, but his friends and co-stars were definitely there by his side. However, staying away from the media has apparently already ended as the actor recently posted on his Twitter account.
Dylan Finally Posts First Tweet Six Months After His Accident; Actor Still On Recovery And Filming For "Teen Wolf" Season 6
Dylan has always been known to be a Mets fan. Just recently, he posted a tweet expressing his support to the team. He posted the words "LGM baby" where LGM stands for the phrase "Let's go Mets." After being away from the world of social media for six months and without anyone hearing from him, he finally sets himself back on track.
According to his co-star Tyler Posey, the actor still needs time for a full recovery from the injuries he got during the accident. However, seeing that he is now interacting with the world again is already a good sign.
Just recently, the official trailer for "Teen Wolf" season six has already been released and it featured Dylan O'Brien as Stiles, finally confessing his love for Lydia. This is definitely an assurance that the actor is all and well, filming for the series. The upcoming series finale will definitely be a blast, especially with the original actors all reprising their roles.
