Gears of War 4 delay reportedly got several major complaints from Amazon customers especially those who had to pay extra to ensure that they get early access of the game. Apparently, the customers will lose a lot of money paid for something time-sensitive like a premium edition to be acquired before the official release date.
Amazon reportedly gave an explanation for Gears of War 4 delay putting the blame on Microsoft. It is said that Amazon's warehouse allegedly had not received any shipment of "Gears of War 4" from the supplier. In response, Microsoft revealed that it had attempted to resolve the issue.
Nevertheless, Microsoft stated that they know about the situation of delayed orders and recommends customers to contact Amazon customer service. Several customers reportedly received the digital download codes from the game in an email from Amazon. The game has been getting 8 to 9 out of 10 average score from major gaming sites.
Gears of War 4 ultimate editions cost $99.99 version and $249.99 edition that includes a premium statue coupled with the base game. Both premium editions are bundled with an "early access" pass. Players who have the "early access" can play the game four days earlier than everyone else. Note that the base game requires 11GB day one patch to play.
In other news, the cheapest deals for Gears of War 4 have already been revealed with pre-order deals at cheaper prices. The game can be pre-ordered from sites like Tesco £40, Amazon £40, Grainger Games £44.99, GAME £49.99, Argos £41.99, Shopto £45.86 and the Xbox Store £49.99.
Gears of War 4 will also launch at midnight in Game. In addition, the game will launch from 11 p.m. Oct.10 to 1 a.m. Oct.11 in Aberystwyth, Accrington, ASHFORD as well as in Barnsley, Basingstoke, Bexleyheath, Bexleyheath, Basingstoke, Blackpool, Bolton and Boston. Finally, the game will also arrive at the stroke of midnight in Cambridge, Canterbury, Derby, Doncaster, Edinburgh and Glasgow among others.
