Elite Dangerous Tips: How To Reach Top Of Galaxy Via Game Exploit

Elite: Dangerous players used a game exploit to reach the highest view of the galaxy. The lucky duo recorded their exploits for everyone to see.

Elite: Dangerous Galaxy's End - How Did They Do It?

Elite: Dangerous player named Dr. Kaii made a video of their adventure travelling to the ends of the galaxy. It was not easy travelling more than 1,800 light years to reach such galactic height. It took a lot of time and the players nearly run out of fuel during the trip. But the view from that that lofty spot definitely makes the trip worth it.

Dr. Kaii and his buddy, Erimus were using plumes from white dwarves and neutron stars to power up their warp drives. Such method is supposed to give a 25 percent boost on the player's engines. However, The Elite: Dangerous developer however, made a mistake, the white dwarves and neutron stars were actually boosting the engines by about 300 percent.

This is definitely a glitch in the game and will probably be patched in the next beta update. For now, players can use this fuel concoction to duplicate the feat of Dr. Kaii and company. The game's community manager, Zac Antonaci admitted that adding a super boost was an error in their part.

Elite: Dangerous - Galactic Mapping Project

This game exploit could greatly help the players in mapping the galaxy in Elite: Dangerous. Interestingly, this could also help the game retained the interest of its players. Discovering new routes with the help of the boost glitch can give players more challenges to solve and overcome.

Critics pointed out that the Elite: Dangerous game seemed to have fallen short of players' expectations. Fortunately, these new exploit may rectify some of that conception. Dr Kaii said that there are still a lot of areas in the game that are waiting to be explored.
