Just few months ago, most Clash of Clans players were expecting Supercell to release a new update come September. After all, the release window has long been teased or something by them. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive, only to finally confirm its existence in October. The new update has brought a couple of new things -- from improvements to fixes to features. While these could somehow be enough, there's a possibility of another update this month.
According to Neurogadget, Supercell is fond of releasing Clash of Clans updates twice in every month. And if this is the case, then it's very likely for a new one to arrive within the next few days or so. It's also worth noting that the second update, which was meant for September, only arrived earlier in October. So, in a sense, the studio still owes the community some catching up.
Sure, Clash of Clans players might say that the Halloween update is what they've been waiting for. It should be noted, though, that this is some kind of an event, not precisely a full patch update. It's there to bring in a specific theme in accordance to the spooky season. Besides, it's what most apps do -- riding the motif of a specific season, so to speak.
One of the main reasons why Clash of Clans might receive another update are the leak contents. These were all acquired straight from Supercell, presumably referring to new features and/or settings for the hit mobile game. In fact, one feature -- the shipwreck -- that could possibly arrive is the ability to repair the ship in order to gain gold. Yes, this is somehow similar to Boom Beach, which is another mobile game developed by the studio.
While these Clash of Clans rumors should be taken as a grain of salt, it can't be helped always. There could possibly be truth to this. Remember how things about the Halloween update were categorized as rumors? However, at the end of the day, it became true. Nevertheless, it's still up to the company to officially announce things.
