Gears Of War 4 November 1 Update Goes Live, What's New?

Gears of War 4 will be releasing a new update for the game on Nov. 1. The update will feature a new map and maybe a new game title, too. The update will be available for Xbox One and Windows 10 platforms. The players just have to wait will the patch notes bring to the game.

Gears Of War 4 Update Will Be Released On Nov. 1

The Coalition is giving big updates to Gears of War 4 on Nov. 1. The update is rumored to give new map locations and if true, a new game title will be part of it too. Xbox One and Windows 10 will be receiving the update, according to Attack of the Fanboy.

Some of the other updates for Gears of War 4 for Xbox One and Windows 10 includes team reviving that does not cause stacking skills. Another fix would address the issue of ammo crates not appearing in TacCom in Horde.

The bug will be fixed in relation to switching weapons at EMBAR. With the patch, users will not also receive bounties when they kill meat shields. The full patch notes can be read over at AotF.

Gears Of War 4 DLC Maps Revealed

According to Polygon, DLC maps will be returning on Gears of War 4 that are favorites of the fans from its predecessor. Liam Ashley said that the maps were chosen by The Coalition because fans seemed to enjoy those parts of the previous game.

Microsoft and The Coalition wanted to release the DLC maps for Gears of War 4. iThe maps will include Gears of War 3's Checkout and Drydock from to the Early Access Playlist that will contain Versus Dodgeball and Arms Race modes for three-person teams and Horde mode, in a report from Shack News.  

Checkout and Drydock will have a new look for Gears of War 4. The DLC maps will be available a week after the release of the update. But Season Pass holders have the chance to try the new maps on Nov.1, according to Games Radar.
