The Sims 4: City Living brought the new world of San Myshuno. With it, four neighborhoods have been added: Spice Market, Arts Quarter, Fashion District and Uptown. Newcomers to the big city are likely to end up in Spice Market and Fashion District for the cheap prices, but are they worth it? Review the apartments that are currently available in the latter below:

The Sims 4: City Living Fashion District Apartments

Fashion District has quite the history. First came the Shirt Factory Meteor Strike then the subsequent Big Lizard Incident, which "razed" the neighborhood to ash. What came after is the district we now know and love with its modern architecture.

There are only two occupied apartments here in Fashion District and those are the 701 ZenView Apartment and 1312 21 Chic Street. In the former, you'll find the Karaoke Legends and the Pizzazz household in the latter. If you want to take their apartment, though, feel free to kick their asses out.

701 ZenView: For only $700 a week and an initial deposit of $2,100, you get two beds and two baths. Furnished price is at $37,914 and it has the lot traits Quake Zone and Party Place.

702 ZenView: This, too, has two beds and two baths, but prices come out at $1,200 per week with $4,800 deposit. Furnished price is a little cheaper at $37,065 and it is also a Quake Zone.

1310 21 Chic Street: If tight on budget, there's this $500/week apartment with two beds and one bath. The deposit is only $1,000 and if you need it furnished, it's only $14,164. As a perk, you get Lively Neighbors as the lot trait.

1312 21 Chic Street: It only costs $400 weekly with $600 deposit. With only one bed and one bath, it is good enough as a starter apartment. Furnished cost is $20,264 and you have the Lively Neighbors lot trait. It is, however, occupied by Penny Pizzazz.

1313 21 Chic Street: If you have a tighter budget, then go for the cheapest in the neighborhood and in the whole of San Myshuno. Rent is only at $300 per week with only $600 deposit. The furnished price is only $7,855, but it needs TLC. Just how much, though, you will have to find out yourself.

1 Torendi Tower Penthouse: If you want to live at the top, there's the 40x30 penthouse with a view of the Fashion District. Three beds and three baths would cost you $134,898 furnished and $109,445 as a deposit. It has the lot traits Party Place and Sunny Aspect.
