Nissan Titan 2017 Enters The Market With A New Price Tag

A lot of fans and enthusiasts have been patiently waiting for the price details and other information about the 2017 Nissan Titan. The wait is finally over as Nissan announces the 2017 Titan's market entry with a new price tag that will surely paint a smile on the faces of those who waited patiently.

The 2017 Nissan Titan Under The Hood

The 2017 Nissan Titan is equipped with a 5.6-litre V8 engine as a standard for both the base trim Titan S and the heavy-duty Titan XD S that is capable of 390 horsepower and 401 pound-feet of torque. Left Lane News reported that the engine will be paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Buyers however, can also choose the 5.0-litre Turbodiesel Cummins V8 engine that is capable of 310 horsepower and 555 pound-feet of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission for the Titan XD as reported by The Car Connection.

The 2017 Nissan Titan Features

According to Autoblog, all trims for the 2017 Nissan Titan will have a Bluetooth phone integration, a tow hitch, rear-view monitoring system, 8-foot bed and a spray-in bedliner. In the same report, it was mentioned that upgrading to the SV trim will allow for other additions like bed lighting, tie-down tracks, running boards, automatic headlights, a seven-inch color screen and others. A four-wheel-drive (4WD) will also be available for all trims for an added price of $3,030.

The 2017 Nissan Titan Market Entry Price

In a report given by Carscoops, the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is at $29,580 with an additional $1,195 destination charge for a total of $30,775 for the Titan S. An SV trim upgrade raises the price to $32,460. Opting for the 4WD feature on the S or SV trim increases the price to $32,610 and $35,490 respectively. Lastly, the price pushes up to $44,070 if buyers opt for the diesel 4x4 under SV trim.
