Nintendo Switch Leak Confirms Legend Of Zelda Not Part Of First Day Lineup

A recent Nintendo Switch leak has confirmed that Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will not be part of the console's release date lineup. However, it has some exciting games under it during launch day.

The supposed Nintendo Switch leak came from journalist Laura Kate Dale, who has been considered an authority in the gaming world. She revealed it in a tweet on Nov. 20. The leak does not just include the first-day lineup but the Nintendo Switch's lineup in the next six months as well.

"For folk who have been asking, this is my best attempt to lay out Nintendo Switch Software support as I understand it," she said.

According to the Nintendo Switch leak she tweeted, the console will be launched on March 17, 2017, same week worldwide. The first-day lineup includes 3D Mario, Mario Rabbids RPG, Skyrim, Splatoon Port, and Just Dance 2017.

She also said that although Skyrim's inclusion during the launch date is still under debate, her sources already confirmed it. As for Mario Rabbids, Nintendo is making sure that the game will make it in time for the launch date. Just Dance 2017, on the other hand, is 100 percent confirmed and is the first Ubisoft game locked for the Switch.

The Nintendo Switch leak also revealed the lineup for the next six months after the console's launch. Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be launched in summer and will have a version for the Wii U. Xenoblade X Port, on the other hand, will have a late summer release. Other games include Telltale Guardians of the Galaxy, Mario Maker Port, Mario Kart 8 Port with some minor tweaks, and Smash Port. The Bayonetta and Cloud amiibo's will also be released the same day as the Smash Port.

The rumored Pokemon Stars will have an autumn released along with Pikmin 4; however, Pikmin 4 will have a different title on the Nintendo Switch.
