The Subaru Impreza has already proven just how great it is when it took the title of Best Compact car along with six other awards including the Best Overall Mainstream Brand at the Annual ALG Residual Value Awards. It looks like this is not changing soon. As a matter of fact, the 2017 Impreza expects a successful future.

The 2017 Subaru Impreza - Specs

The 2017 Subaru Impreza is powered by a 2.0-liter four-barrel motor that is capable of putting 152 horsepower. The powertrain is paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) but will also likely have a manual transmission available, as reported.

The 2017 Subaru Impreza  - Trims And Features

The 2017 Subaru Impreza will have four trims available. The trim base starts at 2.0i going up to the Premium, Sport and the top trim Limited. Standard features include compatibility with CarPlay and Android Auto from Apple and Android respectively. Other features are added as buyers go up to the higher trims.

Auto Evolution reported that Subaru engineers worked on improving the handling of the 2017 Impreza by lowering its center of gravity. An increase in the body rigidity of the 2017 model gives it a softer suspension that allows the Impreza to drive over rough roads without any difficulty. In addition, the cabin received an upgrade in cancelling out noise. All these make the Impreza more comfortable to drive.

Impreza Expects A Successful Future

Compared to rivals such as the Corolla from Toyota and Civic from Honda, the Subaru Impreza has a lower price tag that starts at $19,215 and $19,715 for the sedan and hatchback respectively. In addition, profits will also be increased for Subaru thanks to the 2017 Subaru Impreza's production having been moved to the shores of the U.S. Given all these facts, the Subaru 2017 Impreza expects a successful future.
