You'll know where the treasures are located by the little yellow treasure chests found on your mini map. At the nearest diner to you, you can look for the local tipster who you can ask regarding the information of these treasures, thus, making them sorts of items and points will appear on your map.

Final Fantasy XV - Hammerhead Treasures And Rewards
There are a total of 10 treasures across Hammerhead. Rewards that you'll get here include Mega Phoenix, Electrolytic Condenser, Garnet Bracelet, Blade of Brennaere, Avengers and Quality Building Stone, two Giant Hairy Horns and two Bronze Bangle.
Final Fantasy XV - Longwythe Rest Area Treasures And Rewards
There are a total of six treasures across Longwythe Rest Area. Rewards that you'll earn here are Mega Phoenix, Green Choker, Curved Fang, Star Pendant, Hi-Elixir and Remedy.

Galdin Quay will give you three treasures. Upon getting them, you'll be rewarded with Megalixir, Fencer's Anklet and Star Shell.

At Wiz Chocobo Post, you can find a total of seven treasures. The rewards here are Catoblepas Fang, Hi-elixir, Assassin's Daggers, Chrome Bit, Remedy, Behemoth Horn and Talisman.
