"Sleepy Hollow" season 4 was quite a surprise since the cast had no idea that the show will have another season. Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) will be back to accomplish his mission, i.e. find the next Witness. Given the emotional season 3 finale, Crane is far from the man he used to be in the past three seasons.

"Sleepy Hollow" Season 4 Spoilers

"Sleepy Hollow" season 4 will kick off in January 2017 but spoilers have been released for the pilot episode, "Columbia." Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood) and Crane are back on a mission. They need to look for the Witness and Crane will have a new partner who will help him on his quest. Crane will meet his new partner, Diana Thomas (Janina Gavankar).

The premiere episode might not be as emotional as the season 3 finale but Abbie Mills will make an appearance in the pilot episode. In "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 1, there is going to be a big revelation. This will make Crane realize that he underestimated the amount of evil that is involved in his mission.

Ichabod Crane's New Partner

Crane lost Mills and this may not be news but his partner's death is going to make him more motivated to complete his mission. His new partner, Thomas, is also in a similar position. Thomas has no prior knowledge of the supernatural world and she just lost his partner. The first meeting between the two will not be a joyful one, with Thomas being quite a skeptic. Needless to say, the two might find themselves encouraging each other after all.

One spoiler report suggests that during the first episode of "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, two characters will embrace each other warmly. These characters could be Thomas and Crane reluctantly consoling each other. "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 1 "Columbia" will air on Friday, Jan. 6 at 9/8c on Fox.
