'Gilmore Girls' Hype Not Yet Over! Milo Ventimiglia Talks About Jess And Luke Parallelism In The Romantic Lives Of Rory And Lorelai

Even though it has almost been a month since the "Gilmore Girls" revival was released on Netflix, the hype of the show has not yet ended. Thus, actor Milo Ventimiglia shares his thoughts on the finale and what it could have implied.

"Gilmore Girls" Still On A Hype Despite Having Been Almost A Month Since The Revival

The "Gilmore Girls" revival has been one of the highly anticipated shows this year, and it has been trending even prior to its release date. Upon premiere last November 25 on Netflix, the fans were on whirlwind of emotions as the series has finally come to its great ending. However, it was not how the fans would have expected it to end, especially in terms of Rory's lovelife. Since it has been revealed that the iconic "last four words" for the ending reveals Rory's illegitimate pregnancy, the fans are now making up their own versions of the continuation of the storyline.

Thus, one of the actors on the show whose character has been highly rooted for the role of Rory, Milo Ventimiglia talks about his views on the ending. It has been recognized that Rory seems to parallel the life of her mother Lorelai, being pregnant before marriage. It has then been speculated that if Logan is the father of Rory's baby, he then parallels Christopher, who is Rory's father. The audience has now speculated that Jess could be parallel to Luke, who ends up with Lorelai. Thus, it could mean that at the end of it all, Jess ends up with Rory. Milo agrees with the parallelism that has been strongly pushed by the audience, saying that it will definitely be a good idea.

Milo Ventimiglia Agrees With Luke-Jess Parallelism In The Lorelai-Rory Lovelife

Jess has always been known to be the "Bad boy" of "Gilmore Girls" but was the first and only one to have understood Rory's passion in reading and writing. Since it has been implied during the revival that he doesn't seem to be over Rory yet, this could mean that there is still something to that relationship. However, all of these could now just be playing in the audience's imagination, which is the best part of how the show finally ended: giving the audience a chance to write their own continuation to the story.
