It is widely known that 12 Monkeys TV series is an adaptation of Terry Gilliam’s movie in 1995. The movie created a lot of buzz as they ushered in a new twist about sci-fi movies. Bruce Willis was the star of the film who played the character of Cole. For those who haven’t followed the series yet, now is your chance to watch it. 12 Monkeys series is about a man trying to save the future in going back to the present time.

Cole(main character of the show) travelled back in time using a machine or method that was never tested before. There were no guarantees that he will land in the present time safely. When he was about to time travel, a virologist named Dr. Cassandra Railly extended her help. Cole was hesitant first but he also knows that Dr. Railly is pivotal in resolving the plague. As shown in the past two seasons, both of them are in the mix when it comes to making their decision. Are they ready to kill somebody to eliminate the plague? Or will they let the plague destroy humanity.

Game Of Thrones And Star Trek Character Joined The Cast

The producers of the show might have found the right combination to make the series great as they add two versatile characters in season 3. First one is Hannah Waddingham. She was famous for playing the character of Shame Nun in one of Game Of Thrones episode. Her character as Magdalena will show how ruthless a cult member can they be. Faran Tahir from Star Trek, Iron Man and Once Upon A Time Series was also tapped to join the team. Tahir will play Malllick, a trusted enforcer of the the Army of the 12 monkeys.
