'Iron Man 3' Teaser: New Footage Revealed By Tech Company

We were treated to a full length "Iron Man 3" trailer earlier today, and now a new 30-second teaser has been released by a tech company called TCL.

The new "Iron Man 3" teaser doesn't reveal anything major, but it's new footage nonetheless. TCL seems to manufacture televisions, and the new footage is cut together to show off the fruits of the company's product placement deal with Marvel.

TCL, which stands for The Creative Life, bills itself as one of the world's largest television manufacturers, as well as one of the fastest growing brands in America. The teaser video can be found here, on TCL's YouTube channel.

"Iron Man 3" opens May 3 in the U.S., and it will be released in New Zealand April 18, meaning all you unscrupulous Marvel junkies will be able to torrent the film in its entirety before it officially debuts in the States.

The film is directed and co-written by Shane Black and will follow the Extremis story arc. It stars Robert Downey, Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce and Rebecca Hall. Ben Kingsley will play a villain named Mandarin — the leader of an international terrorist organization.

Marvel's "Iron Man 3" pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy's hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?
