Misfit Lauches Its First Smart Watch, The Vapor
Misfit launches its first touchscreen smart watch at the biggest tech event of the world, CES 2017. The smart watch is given the name Vapor. It is a hybrid phase watch, which is completely touch operated just like the other smart watches.
Features That Makes It Worth
It is more of a traditional looking watch just like the normal watches but acquires the touch screen technology. It comes up with the health tracking package that is always expected from Misfit. Additional features here are the built-in GPS and the heart -rate tracker. The best part would be the price to which it could come up worth only $199.
The Vapor has a 1.4-inch AMOLED Screen which makes it look amazingly brighter even in a well-lit room. It is powered by Snapdragon 2100 processor and comes with a storage capacity of 4GB, which would serve as a medium to store music and allows you to exercise without the phone. The amazing part about Vapor is that it is water resistant for up to 50 meters.
Some Key Features
Misfit is also aiming to develop a custom interface for the Vapor, which would feature a radial home screen that can be navigated by swiping along the edges of the display. It will likely to contend with Android Wear 2.0 device later this year. Though it is yet not confirmed when the device would be available in the market but it is true that it is going be amazing.
It is much better than the typical looking wearables and has better features as compared to other smart watches making it even more demanding and affordable for the customers. It supports Wi-Fi and also connects to a magnetic charging cradle for power and lasts for two days without charging. It will come in two finishes: Jet Black and Rose Gold.
