T-Mobile Offering Free HTC One Car Kit When Purchasing HTC One Online

HTC faced a delay in the launch of its HTC One flagship smartphone due to component shortages for the company's new Ultra Pixel camera. The smartphone is now expected to launch on T-Mobile on May 1, which will definitely hurt the company, as Samsung is releasing the Samsung Galaxy S4 on April 26.

HTC lost a great window of opportunity to get its smartphone on shelves before the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S4, but now consumers will have a choice between both smartphones, and things aren't looking great for HTC. This is probably the reason we're now seeing HTC offer a free car kit with online purchases.

The HTC One will be available in a choice of black or silver and features an aluminum unibody enclosure, 4.7-inch SuperLCD3 Full HD 1080p, 468 ppi (pixels per inch) display, 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, Android 4.1.2 with HTC Sense 5, 32GB or 64GB (exclusive to AT&T) of internal storage, 2GB of RAM, HTC UltraPixel rear camera with dedicated HTC ImageChip, 88 wide angle lens with HDR capability front camera, 1080p video recording on front and rear cameras, dual front stereo speakers with built-in amplifiers, 4G LTE radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC (near field communications), infrared remote control and 2,300mAh battery.

If you're interested in purchasing the T-Mobile HTC One and the receiving this free car kit, head on over to T-Mobile's HTC One sign up page to claim yours.
