Resident Evil 7: Here’s Everythhing We Know So Far [Spoilers]

Resident Evil 7 is roughly a week away from its official release but major spoilers obtained through review copies have begun flooding the internet today. In addition, many reviewers have deliberately shown spoiler events within the game and even shared the limited runtime of the game. Here's everything we know so far.

Resident Evil 7: 10 Hours Of Runtime

A couple of dedicated threads from the Resident Evil subreddit has provided spoilers and even reviews of the game which you can personally experience via their live streaming. If you don't want to be utterly spoiled, we highly suggest avoiding the end game reactions as it'll definitely upset you! Now that we've given you the heads up, let's now move forward to the significant drawback of the game and that is, the very short runtime of the entire game.

According to the thread created by NeoGAF, he finished the game in just barely 10 hours of playtime and detailed most of the incidents that will happen into the game - including the beginning and the last scene of the story. Also, he included a list of the items that will be available to all players. Here are some of the confirmed items: Handgun_M19, Shotgun_DB, Liquid Bomb, Wood Chip, Screw Driver, Hyper Blaster, Shovel.

Resident Evil 7: Baker's Plantation

For those of you that have watched the Resident Evil 7 trailers, you may have noticed that all of the scenes that were shown occurred within the Baker's Plantation. When asked whether or not the entirety of the setting will occur within the plantation, NeoGAF explicitly stated that it won't be as the game will take you to another place during the journey. He even said that players will venture out creepy mines, factories and the like throughout the entire course of the game.
