As Boston tries to overcome and grapple with the aftermath of the bomb attack on April 15, which took several lives and injured dozens, concerns surrounding a loved one's whereabouts and safety are growing.

- Google's Person Finder: Google has launched a Person Finder tool to help connect those affected by the Boston bombing. If anyone has information on a Boston Marathon victim, they can add the same to the database.

- Boston Marathon's live athlete-tracking: This participant tracking link will help one know if the person they're seeking out has crossed the finish line. 

- Red Cross' Safe and Well Listings: The site enables users to check in and add themselves to a safe list. If your relative or friend whose safety you're worried about is registered here, you can breathe a sigh of relief. 

- Mayor's hotline: The mayor's office has established the hotline number (617) 635-4500 to help locate people. If you saw anything or have any information related to the explosions, please call the number 800-494-TIPS.

Moreover, the Boston Police Department (BPD) is also reaching out to those who were present at the marathon at the time of the explosion and happened to capture videos at the finish line. Blood Donation 

Those who are wondering where they can donate blood, Boston's Mass General hospital has a donation center. However, the eastern Massachusetts Red Cross, which was previously accepting donations, has asked the public to "schedule for a future donation" due to the overwhelming response.
