'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 78 Spoiler: Tournament Of Power, The Beginning Of The End

"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 76 is still not showing but the creators of the show already provided things to expect in Episode 77 and 78. Yes, the new arc is starting. However, one universe is not yet ready.

The latest episode of "Dragon Ball Super" revolves around Goku’s best friend, Krillin. This is a great way to set it up with the new arc. As shown in the latest trailer, Krillin is in the fight of his life as he faces enemies from the past. Also, Krillin’s biggest weakness will be revealed and he has no choice but to overcome them.

'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 77: The Universal Survival Arc Begins

Last year, a lot of fans were waiting for the new arc to begin but their wish was not granted. Instead of going directly to the new arc after the Black Goku and Zamasu angle, Toei went on another way. They’ve provided multiple fillers and down right funny episodes. However, those days are over as the new arc will begin in this episode. The title is not yet released.

Episode 77 will also show the lighter side of Vegeta as he is about to witness the birth of his daughter Bulla or Bra. The Saiyan Prince will find another motivation from his newly born daughter and will show why he is one of the fiercest fighters in any universe. Gohan will be called upon but he is again having doubts with his fighting skill.

'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 78: 'The Gods of Each Universe are Aghast?! You'll be Obliterated if you Lose at The Tournament of Power'

Episode 78 probably has the longest title in "Dragon Ball Super" history. Apparently one of the reliable informers of the show was able to dig down on some key hints of episode 78. Herms98 just posted on his social media account and was able to find some interesting plot on this episode. Based on the translation that Herms98 was able to provide, the match has been called out already and each Universe should survive the match or else their Universe will be gone.

Herms98 continued with some juicy spoilers when one of the lines states that Goku and his allies will have to go against universe 9. The Omni-King is in attendance and will fulfill his promise that if the fighters aren’t successful, he will destroy their universe. So who is the first fighter for team Goku? None other than Gohan, but there’s a problem. Gohan, as mentioned on top, is hesitant to join or even compete in the new arc.

Also, Universe 9 is still a mystery to everybody. Yes, they were able to show all the Gods already from each universe but their powers and capabilities are still uncertain. Will Team Goku survive the first match? Will Gohan even reconsider his decision on not to fight? This questions will all be answered when Episode 77 airs on February 12.
