'Modern Family' Season 8, Episode 13 Spoilers: Phil Meets His New Step Brother; No Feb 15 Episode?

Cami will do his best to restore Fizbo's good name in "Modern Family" season 8, episode 13. Meanwhile, Phil will be surprised to meet his new stepbrother for the first time. It looks like the series is skipping its Feb. 15 episode. There is no information available yet if there will be an episode next week.

In the Valentines episode of "Modern Family" titled "Do You Believe In Magic," Phil called her alter ego, Clive Bixby, with fear that the romance between him and Claire is failing. Meanwhile, episode 12 also marked the return of Elizabeth Banks to portray Cam and Mitch's friend, Sal. Cam and Mitch tried to help Lily, Haley, and Sal to stand up to their beloved men. However, they went overboard with their plans and nothing turned out like they imagine. Haley, for one, caught his boyfriend with another woman. Speaking of overboard, Jose gave his teacher an inappropriate Valentine gift -- a lingerie.

Spoiler TV episode calendar as well as other online episode guide website does not have "Modern Family" in their Feb 15 schedule -- the series might be skipping a week! On the other hand, the official synopsis for the Feb. 22 episode was released. It was revealed that Cam will receive an online video about someone insulting his favorite Fizbo costume and he will get angry. The promotional photos via Spoilers Guide showed Cam watching the video and talking to the police. He will go on a mission to restore the good name of his favorite violet-haired clown.

Manny will make Gloria, Claire and Haley read his newly-written play before submitting it to a playwright festival. On the other hand, "Modern Family" season 8, episode 13 will also feature Phil's first meeting with his soon-to-be stepbrother for the first time at Frank's bachelor's party.

"Modern Family" season 8, episode 13, "Finding Fizbo," will air on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 9 p.m. EST on the ABC Television Network.
