Third-Person Mode Finally Arrives To Ark: Survival Evolved PS4

Ark: Survival Evolved has become a little bit more interesting each day. This is most especially with the arrival of the Valentine's Day event, which introduced a couple of new stuff. But hey, one feature will bring this title a notch higher. And yes, it's something fans have been hoping to see in the game.

According to PlayStationLifeStyle, the latest update of Ark: Survival Evolved has just been released by developer Studio Wildcard. It's no other than update 1.11, which is also known as version 504. It's worth noting, though, that this patch is only for the owners of Sony's PlayStation 4.

The studio announced that the upcoming Ark: Survival Evolved update will be available for the said players. Its size is estimated at 5.5 GB. What makes this patch quite interesting is the introduction of third-person mode. In the past, the video game company has already made a promise about bringing this to the game. And at long last, it's here.

Apart from the aforementioned feature, Ark: Survival Evolved on PS4 also has received memory improvements. There are also a good number of bug fixes, giving the game a cleaner look. Moreover, the update brings the PlayStation 4 version of the game in equivalent to the PC version. This one here is something that players on the console have been wanting to see.

The update 1.11 for Ark: Survival Evolved basically contains the TheCenter Mega Update. The third-person mode, in particular, can be accessed by simply holding down the Map button. From there, players will have to select the third-person option. Furthermore, the update brought improvements on the game's Major Distance Field Shadow Memory. And oh, there's an additional Server Host and Single Player Settings included. As for those who are interested to check what the v254.9 is all about, the contents and everything can be accessed here.
