The latest chapter of “Fairy Tail” has left off with something a bit unexpected. The fight continues between the Fairy Tail guild and Spriggan 12. But with how things unfolded between Zeref and Larcade, Natsu will most likely be enraged.

Natsu Sympathizes With Larcade; Mavis Plans An Attack

As shown in “Fairy Tail” Chapter 525, Larcade was attacked by Zeref because he was enraged that his son would interfere with a fight between the brothers. The blow surprised Natsu and the readers, speculating that this is how Larcade would end his life. But Larcade’s attempt to help his father and to be attacked for it could lead to Natsu being enraged himself, especially for someone who values bond and family. Seeing that attacking Larcade was clearly uncalled for, Natsu might unleash his powers and the fight with Zeref will get nastier, given that the latter has already started to show his true colors and powers again.

In order to save Natsu and the world, Mavis heads to the fight scene and communicates with Natsu through telepathy as she devises a plan. Given the dire situation and how Mavis wants everyone out of the perimeters of the fight, she might use one of her powerful attacks. She may use Fairy Sphere on her, Natsu, Zeref, and the Spriggan 12 in it so she can stop them from attacking at the present time. Or she might opt for Fairy Law, which is a powerful offense magic against enemies but leaves allies unharmed.

Zeref And The Spriggan 12

Zeref created the Spriggan 12 as an elite unit to serve and protect him as Emperor of the Alvarez Empire. The Spriggan 12, also called The Shields, are composed of the strongest mages all around the world. Aside from being the strongest, each of them possesses magic that cheats any generic magic, making them a force to reckon with. August is a Spriggan and as the manga showed, he is extremely powerful and can fend off other powerful mages like Gildarts.

The bond between these 12 mages are tight and they also respect each other because of the abilities they possess. Zeref’s son, Larcade, is one of the Spriggan 12, and him being attacked by their Emperor might give them something to think about, especially when they were already aware that Zeref did not love his son. But even with combined powers, it is most likely that they cannot defeat Zeref, who is far stronger than any one of them.
