March 29 is set for the tech giant to finally reveal its next flagship smartphone lineup. As reported, Samsung Galaxy S8 will get a new dramatic design and a new leak suggests that it could come with new a color.
Galaxy S8 Might Come In New 'Violet' Color Variant
So far, tech analysts and enthusiasts have seen few leaked photos and render of the highly anticipated Galaxy S8, but a new rumor claims that the phone may arrive in an interesting new color. Noted leaker, Roland Quandt has tweeted that the Galaxy S8's retail listings are showing up colors in Black, Silver, and a new Violet variant. Quandt also shared the pricing details for Samsung's new phones (for Europe). The Galaxy S8 might cost €799, while the larger Galaxy S8+ could be sold for €899. Apparently, the Galaxy S8 series will be pricier than the Galaxy S7.
Samsung Galaxy S8: Latest Leak Of Specs And Features
Latest leaks have been circulating on the internet that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will come with a 5.8-1440 x 2960 pixel with 4K resolution Super AMOLED display while the bigger Galaxy S8+ will feature a bigger 6.2-inch screen. Both smartphones are said to be powered by Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip for US market, and for the international market, Exynos 8895 processor chip. Samsung Galaxy S8 will come equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Galaxy S8 and S8+ will run the latest Android Nougat 7.0. Under the hood is 3000mAh and 3,500mAh for the bigger S8 Plus battery life capacity. Furthermore, both will ship a 12-megapixel f/1.7 rear and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera are expected to impress the camera lovers. Both smartphones will feature a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and front-mounted iris scanner.
