Mass Effect Andromeda Guide: How To Escape The Eos Radiation

There are many things to do in Mass Effect Andromeda. However, the players should know that there are certain missions that need extra attention, like surviving in Eos where players face an enemy that is not actually tangible -- radiation.

The first planet that players will get to explore in Mass Effect Andromeda is called Eos. However, once they land, their companion SAM, will tell them that the radiation level in the planet is extremely dangerous.

In Mass Effect Andromeda, Eos is considered as a life-sucking planet. Their health indicators will decrease once they have stepped on it and could lead into great danger. The only way players can escape the radiation in the planet if they have unlocked their first post.

In order to explore Eos, the players must go into a safe zone. The key to finding a safe zone is by not stopping, according to Mic. The safe zones have shields that will protect them from radiation. It is also safe to stay away from areas with radiation so they will not die immediately.

Even if players can handle the radiation in Eos, it is better to travel in Nomad just to make sure they will survive, as per Twinifinite. However, they need to unlock Nomad first that can be completed with the main mission that will happen in the same planet.

Once they have established their first post in Eos, the radiation level will go down eventually. They need to wait for a little while in order to make sure that the planet is safe for exploration. The players can now continue in finishing Mass Effect Andromeda.

Players should finish every single mission in Mass Effect Andromeda in order to unlock some helpful equipment such as Nomad. Nevertheless, their main goal is to survive in the Eos radiation first because there are other environmental cautions they need to escape.
