Louis Tomlinson would have to wait a little bit longer in finding whether he'll be charged over an airport clash with a paparazzi earlier this month. On March 3, the 25-year old singer was arrested after he allegedly attacked a paparazzo who claims he was knocked unconscious at Los Angeles International Airport before being involved in a brawl between his girlfriend Eleanor Calder and onlooker Ana Berra Herrera. That said, a hearing had been due to take place at a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday in relation to the incident, but it was apparently moved to a couple of weeks.

According to Daily Mail, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said that a filing decision will not be made today since prosecutors are still in the process of reviewing the case. As for Tomlinson's statement, Martin Singer, his lawyer said that the paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis at the airport. Singer added that it's not the first or last time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity. Concurrently, as the brawling incident was happening between Tomlinson and the paparazzi, three other individuals were reportedly attacking his girlfriend during this time and he just came to her defense.

Meanwhile, as per The Hamilton Spectator, it was found that a previously-leaked arrest report stated that the 25-year old One Direction member was noticed of having "fresh abrasions" on both his hands following the row. LAPD Officer Tran reports that he asked Tomlinson, being the suspect if he recalled ever making any physical contact with Becerra Herrera. In turn, the singer has then explained that he placed his hands on Herrera and in a pushing motion, he pushed Herrera off of his girlfriend Calder and grabbed Calder to pull her away from the onlooker. However, when asked if he recalled sweeping Larsen's legs causing him to fall to the ground, Tomlinson said that he may have taken him down but what he remembers is that they both fell to the floor.
