Battlefield 1: A First Look On The First Night Map Nivelle Nights

Battlefield 1 receives its very first night map, which features the muddy battlefields around Malmaison and Soupir. The new map is called Nivelle Nights and is scheduled to be released on June 1. It was confirmed via the Battlefield site, where DICE teased the astonishing still image of the map.

According to Attack of the Fanboy, the first available time to experience Nivelle Nights would be this early June. The report says that it would be accessible to Premium Pass users. As seen on the announcement, DICE describes the map as lit by moonlight, lanterns and fires.

It is expected that Nivelle Nights would bring a brand new experience for Battlefield 1 players considering that this would be the first night map released for the game. Meanwhile, it remains unclear whether the map would be available to all Battlefield 1 players since DICE mentions that it is currently available for premium members only.

Furthermore, it also remains unclear if this new Nivelle Nights map will be covered by Premium Friends feature that was added by DICE recently. For those who are uninitiated, the Premium Friends feature allows players who teamed up with a Premium member to gain access to premium maps.

On other news, Battlefield 1 has been successful regarding its overall campaign. It was reported that players have enjoyed the classic World War 1 gameplay in a modern day graphics. Meanwhile, DICE previously revealed the contents of the spring patch and update changes from Seasonal to Monthly.

The upcoming In The Name Of The Tsar DLC is expected to include new maps, weapons, vehicles and game modes. Though the developer has not revealed any specifics yet, however, DICE somehow revealed the new expansion pack setting and the contents where it was based,

Battlefield 1 is now available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the new Nivelle Map is expected to be released on June 1.
