Nintendo Teases More Surprises For Treehouse Live Stream In E3 2017

Nintendo has teased even more potential surprises this upcoming E3 2017. Aside from Super Mario Odyssey, the company might be gearing up for some new titles for the Nintendo Switch.

According to Nintendo Everything, the company has posted a new memo on its E3 site telling fans to stay tuned after the Nintendo Spotlight. The message continued stating that the Treehouse will be playing through some upcoming games for both the Switch and 3DS and they might even share a few new surprises. Last year, Nintendo announced Ever Oasis and Mario Party: Star Rush.

This time, it seems like Nintendo will be focusing on the Switch, so there is a good chance that it will reveal more games for the system. Similarly, Express shares that Super Mario Odyssey will be one of the major playable titles for this year. There have also been rumors that Nintendo is working on a port of its hit GBA game, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.

Another rumored game, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, is also said to be officially announced come E3. This particular game is being developed by Ubisoft and will be a collaboration game. It is said to have an August/September release date and will feature turn-based combat along with a two-person co-op mode.

Fans should also expect more Fire Emblem news in the event, as per Red Bull. The upcoming Fire Emblem Warriors is scheduled to be released later this year for both the Switch and 3DS. Nintendo might also be bringing in a few new ports from the Wii U to the hybrid console as the company might not have achieved its target audience with specific titles in the past.

Fans are still waiting for other highly-anticipated titles like Super Smash Bros. and even Pokemon Stars to make their way to the Switch. Until then, players should wait for further news regarding any official announcements for Nintendo's E3 2017 presentation.
