The Apple Arcade June 2022 roster has been unveiled, and it includes a trio of notable Japanese developers who will be accessible throughout the month.

 According to The Verge, the tech giant revealed four new games for the subscription service on May 31, with Konami's Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins (a successor to the early Arcade game Frogger in Toy Town) launching on June 3.

On June 17, Cooking Mama: Cuisine! will debut, which upends the cooking formula by requiring players to figure out ingredients rather than simply selecting a prepackaged recipe.

Air Twister, from famed designer Yu Suzuki, who is best known for titles like Shenmue and Out Run, will round out the roster on June 24.

This month, Apple Arcade will also introduce a jigsaw puzzle game to the App Store classics section.

Gamespot noted that new game releases to Arcade Originals consist of Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins, Cooking Mama: Cuisine!, and Air Twister, while the Jigsaw Puzzle by MobilityWare+ will be added to App Store Greats.

(Konami, June 3) Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins

This new Frogger game follows the hit popular Apple Arcade game Frogger in Toy Town. Players will navigate through ruins riddled with puzzles in order to uncover the Ancient Salientians' mysteries. As players guide Frogger through 100 fun-filled stages with unique traps and opponents around every corner, gamers will be kept on their toes by simple and intuitive three-dimensional puzzles.

In the latest edition of the iconic Japanese video game franchise, players must master the kitchen by unlocking tasty recipes and cooking them to perfection. Cooking Mama: Cuisine! is different from the other games in the series because players will first select the ingredients, then mix them in a way that works well, before beginning to cook. Cooking is the only way to find out what is being served with the chosen ingredients.

In this all-new fantasy endless shooter from famed game creator Yu Suzuki, players will take on the role of Princess Arch, who must battle off strange invaders in order to defend their planet. Before cutting their adversaries, they'll shower down their homing arrows to trace exquisite arcs of light throughout stunning, beautifully constructed stages.

The game includes the world's largest and most beautiful collection of jigsaw puzzles from well-known brands such as Disney, Hasbro, and others.
