Amazon Prime Day 2022 To Be Held on July 12 and 13

This year's Amazon Prime Day is a month away.

Amazon recently announced its Amazon Prime Day is a month away, with the annual deals event exclusively for Prime members being scheduled for July 12 and 13.

Amazon Prime Day has been going on for quite some time, with the first time the event was held on July 15, 2015, per Amazon's About Us page.

Amazon Prime Day 2022 Details

Amazon mentioned in its announcement that 2022's Amazon Prime Day would be held on July 12 at midnight PDT (3 AM EDT) and July 13. The discounts available on the vent can be taken advantage of by Amazon Prime members in more than 20 countries.

Specifically, these countries are Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, the UK, and the US. Meanwhile, countries such as Poland, Sweden, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt will be having the event for the first time.

However, it seems that Poland and Sweden will be able to take advantage of Amazon Prime Day's discounts at the same time as the UK and the US, presumably on July 12 and 13. Meanwhile, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt might enjoy the discounts at a later date this summer.

Amazon Prime members can enjoy discounts from "must-have" brands such as Beats, Casper, ELEMIS, Levi's iRobot, and SharkNinja. Meanwhile, Fashionistas can get lowered prices from Amazon Essentials and Simple Joys by Carter's during the event.

Techies can also enjoy Amazon Prime Day with lowered prices on select products from Sony, Bose, and GE.

The deals don't actually start on July 12, however. Amazon mentioned that customers don't have to wait for Prime Day to save due to the various early dals and new, member-only offerings on its platform starting on June 21.
