Technoblade Thanked Viewers and Streamers in His last YouTube Video

Long after fighting his illness, the popular Minecraft YouTuber Technoblade passed away at the age of 23 from cancer.

Technoblade thanked his viewers and other streamers for their support over the years in a video titled 'so long nerds' posted on his YouTube page. The movie also revealed that Technoblade's actual name was Alex and was narrated by his father. (He had accidentally revealed in a previous video that he is Dave.)

The Youtuber opened his last video saying, "Hello everyone, Technoblade here. If you're watching this, I am dead." He tells his fans how much he appreciates and is thankful for their support over the years. He further said that if he had an additional 100 lives, he would always choose to be Technoblade since they were the best years of his life.

In the video, Technoblade expresses his apology for the number of items he has sold over the last year but points out that his siblings will be able to attend college as a consequence. 

According to Technoblade's father, the two spoke about filming the last video, but Alex was having trouble composing because of the consequences of his sickness.

The Youtuber prepared the screenplay for his farewell video while lying in bed and passed away soon after, his father said. The majority of what Alex intended to say wasn't covered, but his father believes the essential themes were told. When Alex completed it, he was done. After that, he survived for another eight hours or so.

The video's release was accompanied by a letter from Alex's family to his internet friends and supporters. The family of Technoblade wanted everyone to know how much he cherished and valued his fans and colleagues, according to the message that appears at the conclusion of the film. Technoblade was always thinking of creative methods to enchant and reward his fans from the very beginning of his online career.

They added that he maintained his good-natured humility despite his subsequent triumphs, contending with a charming balance between his confidence and self-deprecating humor.

After Months of Hiatus, Technoblade Revealed Cancer Diagnosis Last Year

On August 27, 2021, the content producer said that he had been feeling tremendously productive in June and working really hard to close agreements, enhance his videos, and more.

However, he took a few days off to try and heal after feeling some soreness in his right arm, but to no effect. He noticed his shoulder was swollen after a few days and believed he had fractured a bone. He went to the doctor and was given the terrible news.

He said that after a few scans, he was informed that his cancer was the source of the pain in his arm. Throughout the video, he frequently made jokes, such as how no one took the diagnosis worse than his health care provider. 

The announcement really astounded the audience. They were first pleased to see the Youtuber uploading once again, but when they learned he had cancer, they were devastated.
