Will you play this Apple Arcade game that is narrated by Tom Hanks?

Who Is Tom Hanks

Thomas J. Hanks was born on July 9, 1956 in California. According to Britannica, the American actor gained notice for his comic abilities as a costar of the television series "Bosom Buddies" in the 1980s.

One of the most notable performances of Hanks is when he portrayed a gay lawyer with AIDS in "Philadelphia" (1993), which by the way won an Oscar. He received another Academy Award in 1994 for the hugely successful film "Forrest Gump," making him the first actor since Spencer Tracy to receive back-to-back wins for best actor.

And this marks the beginning of his career of receiving Academy nominations over time.

Hank's First Game

This game has two firsts. Apparently, this is Hanks' first game. It'll also be the only trivia game available on Apple Arcade thus far.

Despite its name, Hanx101 Trivia isn't a game where you'll be asked questions about Hanks' career. According to a press release from game developer Blueline Studios, the game will have "tens of thousands of questions" about things like history, math, geography, and food.

Hanx101 Trivia is promoted as a means for Hanks to "share his love and passion for trivia with his fans, casual gamers, trivia aficionados, and YOU," according to The Verge.

You don't have to wait for long to access this game. Hanx101 Trivia is set to debut on Sept. 2.

What Can You Expect From Hanx101 Trivia

The game will include a team mode, a head-to-head competition mode, and a "Hanx101 mode" in which you ostensibly attempt to achieve a high score while responding to 101 questions.

When the game launches this Friday, you can compete against other players in head-to-head matches and team battles or attempt to beat your previous high score, according to Engadget.

Other Projects Hanks With Apple

Hanks has already worked on an Apple app, so this is nothing new. Hanx Writer, an iPad writing app with a typewriter style that he introduced in 2014, quickly gained popularity.

Additionally, Apple has an exclusive contract with his production firm. He plays the lead in the Apple TV Plus premieres of "Finch" and "Greyhound," as per Engadget and The Verge.

Other Games on Apple Arcade You Might Enjoy

In September, Apple Arcade will receive a number of new titles. One of them is the updated version of the stunning indie hit, Gris+.

As we have previously reported, the tech giant recently revealed slew of new games for the subscription service in the previous months.

Cooking Mama: Cuisine! debuted on June 17. This game is exciting and fun. It upends the cooking formula by requiring players to figure out ingredients rather than simply selecting a prepackaged recipe.

Apple Arcade also introduced Air Twister and a jigsaw puzzle game to the App Store classics section.
