Cyclops
There are a lot of heroes in Mobiles Legends, and some heroes are easier to play than others.

One thing that I must say about Cyclops is that his skills need a short cooldown reduction. And this item is perfect for that. Magic shoes will increase the movement ability of Cyclops and will also give him 10% cooldown reduction.
If you intend to use him as a Jungler, consider getting Behemoth Hunter's Magic Shoes.
Enchanted Talisman

One thing I hate about Cyclops is that he consumes a huge amount of mana. Enchanted Talisman helps with mana regeneration so that you won't have to go back to your team's base to recharge mana as often. Aside from the mana regeneration abilities, this item will also give you a 20% cool down reduction.

There is one thing common with these three items, and that is life steal abilities. Aside from items that will help reduce skills cool down, Cyclops needs items with lifesteal effects. Life steal is really useful, especially on Cyclops' second skill, Planets Attack.
If you intend to maximize the life steal ability of Cyclops, Concentrated Energy is the right item for you. This is because among the three magic items above, Concentrated Energy offers a 25% magic life steal.
My personal favorite item to use in Cyclops is the Ice Queen Wand. This item will only give you 10% magic life steal, but it will slow down your enemy hero once your skills touch them. It will also give you faster movement speed.
If your enemy team has a high level of life steal ability, you should buy a Necklace of Durance. This item will give you a 10% magic lifesteal, and will help considerably reduce your enemy's life steal abilities.
Concentrated Energy is often used in Mage and Jungler roles. Meanwhile, if you intend to use Cyclops as Mage or Support, you can also use Ice Queen Wand or Necklace of Durance depending on the situation.

If your enemy team has explosive damage, buying a defensive item would mean more chances of survival for your game character. Personally, I like using Immortality as my last item, but you can also use other defensive items based on the enemy team's lineup.
